What’s been happening:

During my days at Penn State, I dreamed of traveling the world and sharing my experiences with the students I was going to teach throughout my long career in Education. However, as with many of us, life had other plans. After 10 years in Education, at every level from Elementary to Graduate, I left teaching for the world of high technology; where I was fortunate to work in 78 countries while being deeply involved in exciting technologies, from semiconductors to high speed data transmission. I married my college 'sweetheart', and we have shared nearly 40 years together; raising two children and living around the world. A forced medical retirement brought unexpected changes in my early 50's, but also unanticipated benefits. We've experienced the growth of our children and grandchildren; and constantly find Penn Staters in the most unexpected places all over the world.
